The goal of the Interreg France-Suisse JURAD-BAT project has been to develop a cross-border platform to promote the pooling and sharing of experience and competencies, as well as training professionals in the area of radon risk management, which particularly affects the cross-border region of the Jurassic Arc. Launched in June 2019, the JURAD-BAT platform serves now as a decision-making tool.

This risk treatment will be integrated more generally into a public health approach within the buildings of the Jura Arc by considering the general quality of the indoor air and the issue of energy efficiency.
