Legal issues around sustainability in public procurement, cyber security and alliance contracts

The Institute of Swiss and International Construction Law is examining the legal aspects of future electricity networks and the computerization of design, construction, buildings, and infrastructure, as well as conflict prevention and resolution.

The institute's research focus is aimed on public procurement law (general and sustainability topics), critical infrastructure law (legal cybersecurity obligations) and contract law (developing Project alliance contracts within the Swiss legal framework).

Partnership in contracts relies on culture at least as much as on economic incentives and clear rules.
