Architects for Climate is organizing a series of conferences inspired by the "Sustainable Construction Levers" project carried out by the Countdown 2030 association in Basel. The objective is to highlight the most effective means to reduce the environmental impact of the construction sector. Three evenings will delve into themes at the scale of the city, the building, and the detail, in the form of discussion and debate conferences.

The city of the future already exists, and for good reason! Two-thirds of the city of 2050 is already built. During a conference followed by a discussion with the public, Sylvain Grisot will explain the principles of circular urbanism. By using spaces and buildings more intensively, by transforming them, by recycling them, we can change our urban areas from within and evolve the very process of their creation.

Sylvain Grisot is an (circular) urban planner and founder of dixit.net, a consulting and urban research agency active in the transition of city-making. Author of several recognized works on sustainable urban planning, Sylvain Grisot comes from Nantes to explain how to make circular urbanism work.
