The objective of this project is to support the development of the project for the Smart Living Lab building in terms of environmental performance and monitor the compliance with the objectives defined during the Parallel Studies Mandate (MEP) phase. The evaluative building energy model integrates progressively all new elements of the project and gaining in Level of Detail and Information.

This project includes both a study of the building envelope and the analysis of the HVAC system. One of the main outputs of the project is the optimization of the energy needs in order to size the building-integration photovoltaic using the roof and the facades.
