In collaboration with FAR (EPFL), HOBEL (EPFL) and TRANSFORM (HEIA-FR), this project aims to develop an energy model of the humanitarian tents installed on the bluefactory site, from June 2019 to January 2020, in order to propose improvements in terms of thermal envelope and comfort.

For this purpose, DesignBuilder software was used to create and calibrate an EnergyPlus building energy model based on customised weather files generated from data taken from the sensors of the weather station installed on the site.
